Mr. Reynolds has many decades of industry experience in management and sales. He was a top performing Registered Stock Broker and has worked in Shareholder Relations for several public companies including CompuSoft Canada Inc. His understanding of MetalTrace® and the industries that require improved QA/QC document management has enabled Trace to expand their sales in steel and alloy distribution and fabrication and also the electrical power generation industry with customers such as EPCOR and TransAlta Utilities.

Teruel A.Carrasco BA - Vice President Global Sales
Mr. Carrasco is tri-lingual (English, Spanish and French) which has helped him establish a history of driving global sales and business process improvement in North and South America and Europe. His prior successes in developing market penetration for software in South America is seen as a huge benefit to Trace Applications because the largest producers of copper in the world and some of the largest producers of steel operate in Mr. Carrasco's native country, Chile.

Peter Rev - Director of Business Development
Mr. Rev has over twenty years of industrial distribution experience working with international companies in the Mining, Oil&Gas, Nuclear/Power Generation Manufacturing and Fabrication industries. He specializes in single source strategies that focus on streamlining workflow including material flow, document flow, reporting and managing customer inventories. His understanding of the Nuclear Power generation industry, developed during his tenure at Crane Supply as Director of Business Solutions, made him instrumental in enhancing Trace Applications offering that simplifies the process in meeting the stringent Government Legislation that covers documentation retention at Nuclear/Power plants.

Jason Tetreau - General Manager - Support & Implementation
Mr. Tetreau brings a rare combination of computer knowledge and customer service experience.  Jason has practically grown up with computers, his family having bought their first in 1984.  He has experience with multiple hardware & software platforms and holds over 25 Dell Certified Systems Expert certifications.  Mr. Tetreau has been working in the tech industry in diverse positions for over a ten years including leading the #1 support team in Canada for Dell Computers.

Miss McCormack who comes from Wexford in South East Ireland is a final year student on a B.Sc. Degree Course in Information Technology at Waterford Institute of Technology. She has experience with web design, java programming and databases.

Andrew Mah - Support & Implementation Manager
Mr. Mah brings a number of diverse skills and qualities as an IT specialist and as a customer service representative. He graduated from NAIT with a Computer Science Diploma and Certification working with Databases and Business Development and he is consistently growing as an IT professional. Mr. Mah is primarily responsible for the start and end of implementation projects, testing and as a laison between the customers and Trace. His communication skills between the two parties has enabled suprior customer service and he has an excellent working relationship with companies because they see him as someone they can trust.
